We had an outstanding experience with Travis and his team at Perennial. They refinished our floors and achieved the exact natural finish we were looking for. Travis was quick to respond and communication at every point was excellent. It's a no-brainer to give them 5 stars and I'd highly recommend going with Perennial.

Travis and his team were very professional and polite from the first phone call through the completion of our project. Our new oak floors look and feel amazing! The quality of work is exceptional and we will definitely hire them again when we are ready to add hardwood floors to our living room.

Had a local hardwood company come out and bid out my 1st level. They told me they would have to install LVP/ a laminate because it was on a concrete slab, or else they would have to build it up with a wood subfloor in order to do hardwood. They quoted me at 10k+. Perennial came in and not only told me they’re plenty able and capable of installing prefinished hardwoods, but walked me through the manufacture guarantee and gave us his own warranty to back his work. Affordable, quality, and an honest contractor we got with Travis and Wilhelm. I would recommend them to anyone!

Had hardwoods put in by a local flooring company two years ago. The finish has faded and was starting to peel as well as accumulate numerous scratches in the process. Travis walked me through why this happened and explained the entire process of how he could ensure it would be fixed and refinished to meet NWFA standards as well as his own standard of work. He was super communicative, honest, and made my floors look beautiful with yet a scratch to happen! Perennial is awesome and I have no complaints!

Was very hesitant on the on-site sand to refinish our floors. We were worried about our home being contaminated in dust and our house to turn into a construction zone. Travis was awesome with his dustless process and was in and out while making our floors look better than they did when we first installed them! Love the local young entrepreneur and will have my business as long as I have hardwood floors.

Travis was awesome in being patient with us as we were very picky about what species of wood and stain to choose! He gave us custom samples and included an in lace into our doorway that turned out phenomenal! His quality of work and attention to detail is what ultimately made us go with him and we couldn’t be happier with the decision.

Perennial came in and took care of the water damage I had. They were super knowledgeable and it was comforting to know the process of what was being done and WHY it was being done! These guys kicked butt and will definitely be using them for future work!

Perennial Floors did a great job on the hardwood at my house. I wanted wood flooring on the ceiling of the front patio. Travis did an excellent job on the installation and ensured that the seams were weatherproofed. Travis is a true craftsman and he is the only person I will call or recommend for future hardwood flooring installation and refinishing.

I have been trying to get a hold of over 10 hardwood specialists in the area and Travis was the only one to get back to me. Not only that, he explained why others probably weren't getting back to me and gave advice for our situation. I am just awed by his professionalism. He even offered to take his time out of work to give us more information - Seriously one of the most helpful professionals I have ever had the pleasure of talking to. I 100% recommend him.

Floors done so exceptionally my house was under contract in TWO DAYS... it was on the market for 9 MONTHS when we bought it. We have offers flying in.When my husband and I moved across country it was last minute and it was emotionally difficult. Travis made it easy. Out of 4 flooring companies, he was the only one to contact me same day... despite being heavily booked. He was extremely friendly and easy to work with despite the time-difference and my new job restraints.He not only got the job done, his guy spent time that poured into the weekend. They kept me updated and sent photos. They did an exceptional job. I’m extremely grateful for their professionalism and hard work.

Travis and his staff were AWESOME. Attention to detail and making sure I understood the process and cost from beginning to end was because of his great communication and willing to answer all my questions any time I had them. Excellent all the way around. These guys were clear and honest about everything from start to finish, and I felt more than comfortable letting them into my home. They were prompt and got the job finished in a fair amount of time, and kept me well informed doing the entire process. They were respectful of my home and my time, and the work is beautiful. I'm thrilled and would recommend them to everyone with flooring needs!
