Travis and his team did a fantastic job on our floors! We had an ugly tile overtop of the original hardwood and it had to go. They did a great job getting the old tile out, restoring as much of the original as possible, and refinishing the entire room. Highly recommend!

We had a very frustrating insurance claim that went on and on for months. A contractor in the insurance contractor network bowed out at the last minute and we were desperate to look for a new contractor. Enter: Perennial Hardwood and Travis to rescue. I am actually glad that the first contractor cancelled on us. I don’t think they would have done a better job. Travis is a small business owner who is closely involved in everyday field management and insurance relations. It’s great to have a one person contact without dealing with multiple people. He found subcontractors for us for drywall repairs and was always available for our minute needs. He is a hardworking man and very thoughtful/hands on in every step of construction. Flooring and other repairs couldn’t have come out better. Our new hardwood floors look stunning. We are so happy and recommend them highly to any homeowners.

I found Perennial early this year when trying to repair warped wood from a very frustrating dishwasher failure and subsequent hardwood damage. Travis came out and gave us a quote quickly, helped us decide how to proceed, and we were also able to work out replacement of older carpet with matching hardwood in the dining room and living room.Travis helped with mitigation experts and getting the damaged wood removed quickly. The install team did a great job of lacing the new wood with the old, refinishing both main floor, stairs, and 2nd level, and they made the final finish tone a very light color instead of the older, orange finish that had been there. High quality work, they cleaned up very well afterwards, and we would highly recommend Travis and the team. Thanks for a beautiful job!

Perennial Hardwood came highly recommended by a neighbor and we are SO pleased we used their services! Travis got right back with us to discuss our job (refinishing our kitchen and dining room hardwood floor & replacing the carpet in the adjoining living room with hardwood) and how to best get the job done. He offered his advice on how to finish including color (he was right!) and offered to touch up the wood trim in our house for a nominal fee. His price was VERY reasonable, he made sure the moisture content in the wood that seasoned in our house was correct and he and his team did a FABULOUS install and finishing! Everyone on the team was friendly and professional. They did what they said and came when they promised. Wish we had done this sooner!

One of our favorite things about our new home is our hickory floors that Travis and his great crew installed! We get so many compliments on them. We had a water damage problem with our hardwood floor. Travis came out, examined the flooring and determined that refinishing was not going to fix the problem because the original floor was installed incorrectly and had warped. We had the old floor removed and replaced with white oak by Perennial Hardwood. We couldn't be happier with the job they did - the floor is tight and has a natural finish, just beautiful. Thank you to Travis, Ryan, Aubrey, and Jackson for such a great installation!

We decided to have real oak floors installed upstairs instead of carpet and the main floor refinished. Our original oak floors were looking very orange and dated before the team at perennial hardwood came. I can’t tell you the difference. Every single person I dealt with was knowledgeable, highly skilled, and so kind. Having your home torn up right before the holidays is tough but I felt like I had friends in my house making it beautiful.

If you are looking for top of the line hardwood installation, Perennial Hardwood is the absolute best! Owner, Travis scheduled to check out the job for the estimate, and our estimate was in hand in a few days. Work was scheduled around our timeline for our renovation.Ryan and Jackson were our installation team. Ryan was an exceptional expert in lacing in two areas and aligning two previously installed areas of hardwood with the new wood and dealing with the challenge of the wood not being in a straight line in two different rooms and the wood (previously installed) in two different directions. Jackson was very attentive and was intent on learning how to correctly line up misaligned wood. They both were a pleasure to have in our home and work on our project! We had wonderfully pleasant conversations with them, they worked diligently, and kept the work area exceptionally clean. Thank you, Travis for sending Ryan and Jackson for our installation team, they certainly are an invaluable asset to your team and company!The finish is exactly what we wanted! The hardwood flows room to room with a beautiful detailed finish. We have had hardwood installed in two other homes and total price for new hardwood installation, lacing in, and refinish of existing hardwood by Perennial Hardwood is a very reasonable price!

We hired Travis and his crew to repair/refinish our floors after some water damage from a failed appliance. They did a fantastic job. We used a different company a few years ago at another house (before we knew of Perennial), and I we wish we had know about them then. Spend just a few minutes with Travis and his crew and you'll see they're very dedicated and passionate about their work. They took the time to walk through the worked needed and throughly explained pros and cons of the decisions we needed to make. Once the work was complete, the walked through the work to make sure we were happy with the result. Our floors turned out great, and we will definitely have them come back.

I recently had the pleasure of working with a young man, who is talented beyond his years. I have heard horror stories about floor remodels and contractors, however, Travis, owner of perennial hardwood floors along with his crew made it as easy and convenient as possible. They refinished the existing hardwood on my main level and installed new LVP in my bathrooms. I am thrilled with the end result and their professionalism and communication. They provided a detailed pamphlet including how long it might take and what to expect and answered questions I had along the way. Had a local hardwood company come out and bid out my 1st level. They told me they would have to install LVP/ a laminate because it was on a concrete slab, or else they would have to build it up with a wood subfloor in order to do hardwood. They quoted me at 10k+. Perennial came in and not only told me they’re plenty able and capable of installing prefinished hardwoods, but walked me through the manufacture guarantee and gave us his own warranty to back his work. Affordable, quality, and an honest contractor we got with Travis and Wilhelm. I would recommend them to anyone!

Was very hesitant on the on-site sand to refinish our floors. We were worried about our home being contaminated in dust and our house to turn into a construction zone. Floors done so exceptionally my house was under contract in TWO DAYS... it was on the market for 9 MONTHS when we bought it. We have offers flying in.When my husband and I moved across country it was last minute and it was emotionally difficult. Travis made it easy.
